Summer Coach Trips are Fun and a Great Value!

Boston/New England and Oregon Trail Trips feature national parks and sights with the comfort of traveling with friends.

This summer motorcoach trips offer programs which include some of the best national parks and monuments in our country. Two of the more popular trips visiting different regions of our country include New England/Boston/Upper New York State and Yellowstone, the Grand Tetons, and the Oregon Trail. Grand Teton National Park

American Colonial history and more come alive during this 12-day trip that focuses on New England’s Boston area. This region is the perfect home base for six consecutive nights, each day visiting a different part of this fascinating area.

From the picturesque shores of Cape Ann and Rockport to Cape Cod, you will see a delightful section of New England. An afternoon whalewatching cruise in the Atlantic features these awesome animals that seemingly perform a choreographed dance for our group!

Boston, Lexington, Concord, Salem and Plymouth are included, too. Drive the road made famous by Paul Revere as he cried out: “The redcoats are coming!” and see where the first shots were fired that signaled the beginning of the American Revolution.

The journey to New England visits the North American Martyrs’ Shrine near Auriesville, NY, while the trip home has a “sweet” overnight by Hershey, PA.

Interested in this Upper New York, Boston and New England trip? Hurry; there is limited space for this adventure departing July 20. The 12-day trip includes admissions, hotels, all dinners, breakfasts and most of the lunches, too.

Golden Frontier’s Yellowstone and Oregon Trail program features six national parks and monuments, including Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks! The trip follows the pioneers’ Oregon Trail through Nebraska and Scotts Bluff National Monument. We overnight in Thermopolis, site of the world’s largest hot mineral spring. According to lore, soaking in its waters cures every disease known to man. At least, it provides a relaxing overnight.

One of the highlights includes two nights in the historic Old Faithful Inn, next to Old Faithful. The majestic Grand Teton mountains then lead us to the Columbia River gorge and all the way to Portland, the Sanctuary of the Sorrowful Mother and Mount St. Helens.

The return trip takes us through Salt Lake City before visiting Arches National Park, Craters of the Moon and Colorado National Monuments, three of the grand landscapes of the American West. The National Park Service actually closes their road to allow our coach to travel to the top so that you can enjoy this spectacular view!

This Yellowstone and Oregon Trail tour takes in part of each of these parks, and is sure to be a favorite, departing Aug. 1. The fully escorted, 16-day trip includes 36 meals, lodging, entrance fees and motor coach.

Golden Frontier offers both of these itineraries this summer. Call Golden Frontier at 888-284-6725 to register or ask for a detailed brochure. Or brochures and registrations are online at goldenfrontier.org.
