| One or two flank steaks |

Marinade:
1/2 cup oil 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup pineapple juice 3 cloves garlic, crushed |
With a fork, poke holes in the steaks. Put all marinade ingredients and steaks in a plastic resealable bag.
Marinade (24 hours) overnight, turning occassionally.
Set gas grill to low-medium or, if using a charcoal grill, heat until coals are white. Cook 5 minutes on one side, turn and cook 4 minutes on the other side. Adjust grilling time according to the degree of doneness you enjoy. Slice thinly, on an angle or against grain.
